The Candlebridge Tramway Trust has an unenviable task in 1965, with their vision of operating passenger trains to Buckleberry. Up until the creation of the Trust, the railway had managed with a handful of wagons! Now, not only did the railway require restoration, but passenger carrying stock would also be needed.
The first carriages were a pair of 4-wheelers (No1&2), soon followed by a third, No10. Before long an eclectic mix of vehicles had been assembled.
